When I think about getting my money’s worth in Walt Disney World’s dining department, all-you-can-eat buffets are the obvious choice. Whether you’re on a Disney Dining Plan or paying out of pocket, a sit-down style buffet meal is the best way to try a little bit of everything and there’s always something that everyone loves to eat. Want our picks for the best buffets at Disney World and all-you-care-to-enjoy spots? Here’s our top nine choices.

'Ohana

‘Ohana literally translates to “family” and this restaurant in Polynesian Village Resort is all about family-style meals. The restaurant on the top floor of the Polynesian Village Resort is an all-you-care-to-enjoy style as well.

Best Friends Breakfast featuring Lilo and Stitch

A character breakfast featuring Lilo and Stitch, this character breakfast is American style with a Polynesian flair. Characters circulate between tables, take pictures, and sign autographs.

Dinner with Hawaiian Hospitality

A family style dinner, servers bring each course to your table. We love the coconut bread, lo mein noodles, and skewer after skewer of meat including shrimp, chicken, and beef.

FYI: this meal is not a character meal but does offer music and games.

Best Buffets at Disney World: 1900 Park Fare

1900 Park Fare

Character buffet dining at Grand Floridian Resort filled with amazing food and meet and greet opportunities. 1900 Park Fare offers breakfast and dinner options with beautiful ambiance.

FYI: Cinderella and Prince Charming love to dance, so get your camera ready because they like picking diners to dance with.

Supercalifragilistic Breakfast

American-style breakfast featuring the popular Mickey waffles. Character meet and greets include Mary Poppins, Alice in Wonderland, The Mad Hatter, Tigger, and Winnie the Pooh.

FYI: This meal is very popular. Make sure you head to the WDW website at 180 days out to book your reservation.

Cinderella’s Happily Ever After Dinner

This all-you-care-to-enjoy meal offers seafood, sushi, pasta, and kid favorites like pizza and chicken. Character meet and greets have included Cinderella, Prince Charming, and Lady Tremaine and her “lovely” daughters.

FYI: 1900 Park Fare is VERY popular, so if you want to score at reservation on the day and time of your choice, head to the Walt Disney World website 180 days away from your dining date and lock one in.

Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace

Located in Magic Kingdom, this all-you-care-to-enjoy buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner featuring meet and greets from Winnie the Pooh and his buddies. We have had the pleasure of meeting Piglet, Eeyore, and Tigger, but they are subject to change.

Best Buffets at Disney World: Akershus Royal Banquet Hall

Akershus

Part buffet, part order what you like, it’s at Norway Pavilion at Epcot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner featuring meet and greets from Disney Princesses. We’ve met Ariel, Cinderella, Aurora, as well as a few others. Part buffet, part family-style meal, the offerings are both traditional Norwegian and American, especially at breakfast.

FYI: Akershus is VERY popular, so if you want to score at reservation on the day and time of your choice, head to the Walt Disney World website 180 days away from your dining date and lock one in.

Cinderella’s Royal Table

Cinderella's Royal Table

Probably the most scorable dining experience at Walt Disney World, Cinderella’s Royal Table at Magic Kingdom offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Each is a decent-sized meal, too. If you’re on a Disney Dining Plan, you’ll need to use two dining credits per person.  After a photo op in Cinderella Castle with Cinderella herself, you’ll head upstairs for a royal meal.

The Disney princesses make a grand entrance during the meal and circulate between tables.

FYI: CRT is VERY popular, so if you want to score at reservation on the day and time of your choice, head to the Walt Disney World website 180 days away from your dining date and lock one in.

Want to make the most of your Disney budget with larger meals? Here's our 9 best buffets at Disney World and all you care to enjoy meals!

Best Buffets at Disney World: Boma- Flavors of Africa

Serving breakfast and dinner, Boma at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge incorporates flavors from 50 different countries, highlighting popular dishes.

FYI: Although it’s a good idea to make an advanced reservation, we have walked up to the breakfast buffet and scored a table with only a few minutes wait.

Chef Mickey’s

Chef Mickey's

Chef Mickey’s is a family favorite of ours and the whimsical ambiance combined with American-style food is quintessential Disney. Located in Disney’s Contemporary Resort, the monorail runs straight through the top of the restaurant and is a great way to make your reservation on time. This one’s straight buffet-style dining.

FYI: At breakfast, make sure you check the pancake area for chefs that create giant castle pancakes.

Best Buffets at Disney World: Liberty Tree Tavern

Looking for a traditional Thanksgiving Dinner in Magic Kingdom? Liberty Tree Tavern is the place to head. LTT serves lunch and dinner, family-style, filled with all-you-care-to-enjoy servings of meat, turkey, and all the trimmings.

FYI: Liberty Tree Tavern has hearty meals- be sure to come hungry so so can try a little (or a lot!) of everything.

9 best Buffets at Disney World

Tusker House

A character meal in Africa at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, the restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with both African and American flair. Donald Duck and his pals circulate between tables, take photos, and sign autographs.

FYI: Tusker House is THE buffet at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, so if you’re adamant about dining there, make a reservation at 180 days out.
